I may have found the bluetooth answer we have been looking for.

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-A2DP-ANYCOM-FIPO-BLUETOOTH-ADAPTER-AUDIO-RE...

It is powered through its own connection and should let the handle bar controls still function. Best of all its only $30. I just ordered one, and will let everyone know how(or if) it works in a couple weeks.

The jabra a120 is a "transmitter" where as this is a "receiver" allowing your bluetooth phone or gps unit to play over the bikes stereo. In my truck I use my phone as a gps and on long trips stream pandora over the speakers via bluetooth. I am hoping this will let me do the same.

Initial tests are good. I can hear my music and gps directions wirelessly over the bikes speakers. However it will NOT allow me to skip the music forward or backwards. I am still deciding on exactly how and where I will mount my phone so I wont be road testing it for a little while.

I am very interested in this, but won't your iphone directions and music play through the speakers and headset if it plugged into your ipod cord on the left glove box? I use my ipod and have not tried the iphone.

It probably would but I am using an Android powered Thunderbolt on Verizon. Plus this way I will be able to have the phone mounted where I can see it with one less wire to run.
