Hi, can someone please tell me how to change my fork oil and what oil to use???? I am sure if you have done this you could save other Vision riders like myself a lot of time.
Thanks a lot...

before you do anything, read the manual found at the link above. I've done mine a few times and improvised on the special tool at my own risk. Unless you are good with wrenching I would leave it to the qualified wrench. It will be well worth your cost in comparison if you messed something up by trying to do it yourself. Read, and follow the manual if you decide to do it. If you do strictly a fluid change, qualified wrenches will tell you to use a flush to clean out old oil and residue from the wear before adding the new oil. I've not done this, at my own risk, but I've not had any ill affects by not doing it, at least not visible.
