Try turning all of the delays settings to the lowest setting and see what that does for ya. I'm ran all of mine down at the track during the SE Rally after I stalled on the starting line. I get an occasional burp since then, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was and I haven't stalled since.

This is why I"m probably not going to upgrade my Vision (once I get it). I dealt with this mess on my AN Jackpot and didn't get it resolved until I had the PMRT air intake and VFC III installed AND then had the bike dyno'd. A lot of money for not a HUGE level of performance increase.

Question: Do the Vic pipes and downloads cause the same problem?

Check all pipe connections. If you see black soot, you have a leak that may cause the popping. All aftermarket exhaust makers will state in writing that some decell pop is normal. Richening the mixture will eliminate it but will waste gas and not provide any power increase.

When I purchased my stock Vison it did not pop. Put on S/1 L/1 at about 800 miles. Started popping right away. I can deal with it but want to get it stop. My salesman told me that this was the first time the tech did the modification. So obviouslly this is not a very experienced Vision tech person. I want to believe that once the bike figures out my driving style it will stop popping but I am having a hard time with it. Only have 1800 miles right. Maybe after our ride to Sturgis next week I will come back home with the cure.

Mike s said to"turn all settings to lowest". It was told by
Lloydz that that was "off". I too stopped the popping and the stalling that
way but then had no benefit from the device! I'm now back to stock download without the VFC,
with the S1l1 and it runs pretty good.

After reading all of this, i am glad i went with the Stage 1 Level 2. I wish i could have the fluted exhaust tip, but the bike does sound great with no issues.
