can't help you with the other stuff, but I found if I put my foot on the right floorboard and fill slowly the last gallon that it doesn't take doing all that nursing. I'm not in a contest to see how long it takes to fill up my tank, but since I did this it becomes a smooth action. IF you have to shake it, the foot is already on the floor board, but I don't do that often.

#9 Redesign aluminum panel on right side to eliminate the heat
I can't make it to ten and if I could get three of the nine I would be happy

A 2-into-1 exhaust, and make the dummy muffler an auxilliary gas tank.
A dash with the (lit)switches in front of the key.
LED Exhaust tips for stock muffler setup.
LEDs all around.
Quck release Passenger Backrest.
Air scoop? (supercharger)
A kit to add more speakers where the mirrrors are, and mount the mirrors back on the bars.
Adjustable cluth lever.
A removeable key ignition setup.
I can't make it to 10 either.

Looks wise, the only thing I would change would be the HID light, get rid of the round, Edsel look and go with a shape that fits the rest of the headlight better.
I like the idea of a larger crossover tube as was mentioned earlier.

Maybe add a few more running lights to it, in place of the reflectors just above the mufflers.
