I'm okay with that. I would to see a Vision police bike, but seeing a Victory period out on the streets if fantastic. In San Antoine they use Japanese bikes for their police force, at least the ones I saw. Maybe they need to consider and follow Arizona...

The dealer in Tucson has had a good relationship with the police and troopers for several years. The police and troopers have been in Victory's court pretty strong. Looks like the message was escalated to the top. Good for them!

With the increase in oil change intervals in the 2011 models, Corporate should really start pushing this nationwide. I really think they could put a major kink in the Motor Co

All I know is I want the mounting system they show for the round cop lights next to the headlights.
A pair of driving lights mounted like that would be awesome!

Call Mike or Nita at Victory of Tucson and they will make it happen. The "nerf bars" for the bags are available. Give them a call, really great people to work with. Hell I want the whole "COP" flashing light package, bet I don't have any cages on top of me if I have/see a situation and go for the emerg. flashers. When I leave the Pewaukee area I always end up declaring an emergency and putting on the flashers to get the attention of the cages merging behind me when it goes from three lanes to two.
Ride hard, ride fast, but above all ride safe......

Here's the web site for the Victory Line of Police bikes. I love where this is going!

I like those bag guards. You could put a nice leather cover with pocket on there.
Nice to see the exposure. Hoping Victory decides to contract the dealer to build them for LEO all over. Does this mean I can stop the cop and ask what kind bike that is? They have a tough job and deserve the best equipment.
Maybe they could arrange for the officers to fly to AZ and ride the bikes back to the purchasing dept? I know lots of cops that would love that.

Here is a humorous quote from the article...

"When asked how they selected which officer got to ride the Victory, the officers all complained that they were outranked by Sergeant Scott, so he was the lucky one who got to ride the new bike.

The biggest complaint heard from the other officers was that they could not keep up with Sgt. Scott, who was asked to slow the Victory down
."

What an honor; the first official use of the new Victory police cruisers was to escort John McCain in Phoenix! He is an honorable war hero and I am pleased Victory was part of his motorcade.

They look good, it will also be good for longevity and durability testing. Cops are hard on machines, not slamming cops, it's just the nature of the work and the fact you'll ride a bike you don't have to pay for or do the maitenance on harder than your own bike. I'm guilty of the same thing, when I was a pilot in the USAF I ran the shit out out of every B-52 I flew, especially at low level on bomb runs.................

I salute Senator McCain, and it has to be an honor for Victory to move into service with their motorcycles.

I guess they would have picked the Vision, but they heard some couldn't handle it on tar snakes, very prevelent in Arizona.
