My rear speaker covers rattle and I need to get your help. Everything seems tight. Any ideas?

I just tightened mine up this week.  The tab at the bottom of the grill is a lot thinner than the slot it goes in.  Make a tiny little wedge (I made mine out of a paint stir stick) and attach it to the tab so that when you jam it back in the slot it will be snug.  You'll see what I mean when you pull the grill and compare the tab to the slot at the bottom.  Just rig something to make it snug.
