What is it, what is supplied there as far as power, and how do I buy the male end. I am trying to wire something up and that would be the perfect spot, but would like to get the male part so it looks good.

The Vision has a touchy electrical system. I would suggest that if you intend playing electrician with the bike you first get the chassis, engine, and audio wiring schematics. It could save you from later posts asking why the cruise, signals, etc. don't act right.

I know, I've installed the leds in the rear and put in some resistors and cruise works fine, just need a good 12v power supply that turns on with the key. Thanks for your help.

If you haven't installed a power outlet in front of the seat, the connector is right there under the console. There's also one under the rear seat to use with the passenger power outlet.

The owners manual states that the connector in the front of the left pannier shoud never be used as a 12v power source. It is connected to the CPU under the seat and is for accessing/troubleshooting codes in the computer. An external 12v accessory could interrupt or vary the power supply to the CPU causing malfunction. Lone Ranger nailed it, use the existing non-switched circuits under the access panel or seat. The one under the seat sounds like it would be the most convienient for your project.

The front one under the panel is switched. The rear one for the passenger is not.

Great info. Where do I purchase the switches that go on the console? One of mine isn't used and I would like to place a real one in there.

Sure is, but I didn't know the back one was unswitched until Webhair pointed it out.  I tested mine and he is absolutely right.  Thanks, WH - I learned something new today.

The one in the trunk is also not switched...

Yes, I like to learn something new everyday - however, I wish I would stop learning things the hard way!

I would assume your Victory dealer could order one for you.

I had my dealer install one for my auxiliary lights. It was one with the light symbol on it like the HID switch. The symbol would probably be fairly easy to remove if you wanted to, though.
