Rockford, IL | I'm pretty sure that they are center pin push clips. You sneak a small screwdriver under the pin in the center of the clip and pull it out a bit and then you call pull the clip out. |

Capitol Region of NH | KD tools makes a special plier for these type of fasteners. Price is fairly reasonable if I recall. A screwdriver will work also, just don't slip and scratch the paint. |
