Central New York | I have the kruzer kaddy that I mounted with the bar clamp as others have done. But I've read that the vision are solid and take a tap well so I'm thinking of mounting directly to the bar. Question is; anybody know what size and thread the kruzer stud is? I've tried all the metric and english stuff I have and the closest I've got is 1/4 20, but a 1/4 20 nut seems way too loose on the stud to be correct. Has anybody already tapped for this and know the size?

Spirit Lake IA "Birthplace of Victory Motorcycles" | I'd "tap" that! Sorry, another thread . . . I recently tapped the handle bard to mount my Doran tire pressure sensor and used 5 mm. Looked close to same size but couldn't be sure |

manitoba canada | I drilled and taped my bar for the kruzer caddy ,but never used a tap ,just used a bolt the same size as the kruzer stud for a tap ran it in and out a few time to make threads .went very easy as the bars are alum. they tap easily. the bolt is metric just make sure it threads into the bar clamp first to get the right size.i used a 13/64 bit to drill the hole |
