Songfan, I will be leaving for Memphis late on 10-20-09 and driving till I get tried of riding. I should be in Memphis around midday on 10-21-09. I don't have to be at work until the morning of the 22nd. So I will have a few hours to fu@&off on the 21st. I'll be leaving town on Sunday the 25th. Hope to catch up with you while I'm in town. We will be staying in Millington at the Holiday Inn Express. I also have three days to ride to Talladega from there, so I plan on checking out MS and maybe some of LA on the way to Talladega. That Hwy 61 looks like a good way to get to New Orleans. Starting early on my planning, so things may change by the time I leave. Hollar at me so we can plan on where to get a beer. ET

When you're near Talladega, stop by Leeds on I-20 and see the Barber Motorsports motorcycle museum. It's only about 30 or so miles away.

I ride right through millington daily, headed north to the house. There is a lot of good twisty rides going toward the Mississippi River. You basically ride the ridge of all the washouts headed to the river. Not much beerin' going on in Millington. I'll see if I can get loose.

Well the race in Charlotte is over with and I have a better idea of what is going on when. I'll be leaving the house early on the 20th. So I'll be late getting to Millington on Tuesday. Wed. morning we go to the track and set-up. Should be done by lunchtime. Thursday morning we go to the track and mount tires for the race. Then Friday and Saturday we work the race. Hope to catch up with fellow Vision riders on Wed., at least that looks like the best day for me. ET

ET,

Wednesday is wide open for me. Call or text: 901-651-8725. I have your # saved in my phone. Looking forward to it.

TopFuel sounds like he'll be at the races so I'm sure you guys can hook up over the weekend. Don't know about Pollolittle. I know nothing about places to eat in Millington but will ask the locals for recommendations beforehand.

I work nights. Normally I get off between 8:00am to 10:00am depending on what our deadline looks like. I usually stay up until about 3:00pm everyday. Looks like excellent weather this week. Something Wednesday would be ideal for me. Et, are you with Goodyear??

SongFan, Doc is in Dallas (spending money) and left Thomas his NASCAR tickets. I don't know if I'll go to the race yet or not. My wife is on me to get new tires put on the travel trailer and take her to Heber Springs. It's a win - win stituation for me.

Hey boys, be sure to take some pics of the herd when you meet up. Good fodder for the frontpage!

Jeff, I'll be happy to take some pics. I put them in the imageevent album. I will enable right click so you can move them.

Topfuel, I work for Huggins Tire Sales, all we handle are Good Year racing tires. Take care of Cup, Nationwide and Camping World trucks, along with NHRA, IHRA. I try my best not to do the drags. Maybe something early Wed. afternoon would be good. Maybe meet at your local Victory dealer. Seems like I remember him being at exit 9 or 10.

And I have your number wrote down SongFan, I'll hollar when I get close to there. ET

FRS Powersports is on Whitten Rd, (second exit on I-40 east of the 240 loop). Take a left on Whitten (north) and they are about a mile down on the left.

That is easy to find. I"ll call you in the morning if that is alright. We are going to the track at 10:00 and set up. We should be done by 12:30 or so. I'll be in central time for the next two weeks, I should adjust from God's time(EST)in a day or so. It's 9:30 now in Memphis. ET PS:Call me if you want, I'll be up till 11:00 at least. (LOL)
