Hi All,
I'm heading to Spirit Lake Iowa to attend the AVR and visit the factory that builds our great bikes. I'm blogging the trip, complete with near real-time GPS tracking. I'm also attempting to qualify for an "Iron Butt" award for either 1000 thousand miles in 24 hours or 1500 miles in 36 hours, or both. I start tomorrow at 4:30am and if interested you can track it/me here.

I'll try to take some photos, as I will be passing through some of the most breathtaking views in the country.

I will be making the trip with a group as well. Not blogging or tracking, just enjoying the ride. Hopefully we'll get some pics to post too. Maybe we'll see you there. Ride safe!

Miles enjoy your trip. I used to travel many of those roads up where you live in sno-skagit county. Lived over there for 24 years.

enjoy your trip. We did it last year and had a good time. Are they doing the "Power Tour" this year?
