What parts will I need? 77k on bike
My list is exhaust flange gaskets, belt, rear (ct) tire has 22k, so maybe that too.
Anything else that should be mandatory?

try to get good answer from dealer when you might see the belt.
I read where polaris/vic is cutting on parts left and right.

make sure you did out the old exhaust gasket to get a good seal.

Some notables,,,
Did not need to loosen header pipes to remove muffler, tipover, sprocket cover, or wheel.
The removal of the belt, while done by time, nature, belt tension, or miles, took out the inner saddle bag, which is now in many pieces.
Note to self. Changing belt before it self destructs is a good plan and much cheaper.

Why would you need exhaust gaskets to replace your belt?

In my search to find steps for belt replacement, some had indicated swinging the head pipes out of the way, presumably to remove sprocket cover. I didn't need to however.

If the headers ever come off you should replace the gaskets. When you put pipes back on they don't always fit the same. Kinda like a used sock
auto parts store sell the gaskets

Sorry to hear about the damage you received from the belt. Do you visually inspect the belt on a regular basis? If so, did it show any warning signs? That's the earliest failure I've heard of for one of those belts except where a pulley was damaged. Based on the damage, I'm guessing it slowly came apart and whipped the plastic saddle bag to death.

repairs made with fiberglass matting.
Not much of a body guy, but I should've done the tire side first then it may have come out flatter. Behind the lid so not many will see it. Needed new meat on the back anyway, so mounted a sumitomo 195/55/16. Repainted the sprocket and brake rotor as they were showing their age.
