I have a 2011 victory vision and the side panel inner fairing has space between it and the outer fairing. Does anyone know how to adjust the inner fairing to close the gap?

mine fits about the same as yours. You could unbolt the panel and see if you can get a better fit. The panel has a notch just in front of the shark fin where it pops into. There are bolts on the back side of the front tip over you would have to loosen.
Hard to tell you it would be easier to be there and show you

I'm not sure this is the same area you're talking about but the first time I pulled my fairing apart to replace the headlight bulbs, I learned (meaning they fell out) there are several white spacers that have to go back into place to close gaps in the plasticware. Don't know if that's part of your particular problem but there you go..
