Richmond, Virginia		point wasnt how many people they have dedicated to we "whiners and rattlers" <-- which is pretty disrespectful since you dont know
what my concern was. However the point was dont offer a site to handle customers if you dont have people manning it.
If i built an emergency room to take care of you in case of an emergency and told you "come here when you need it" then didnt have anyone there working......... would you tell me "well stop whining and rattling and fix your own self" Doubtful.
