Subject: Information Display Query

When scrolling through the information display settings these change on their own accord. Is this normal? I like to see the current fuel usage as I ride but once selected the display never stays on the chosen setting for long before randomly changing to something else.

No, not normal. Could be a sticky switch or bad wiring. I wonder if a loose battery connection would cause this.

maybe clutch lever is bumping the switch. To see real time when your going down the road you have to zero it out.

Thanks for the replies, checked battery leads, nothing amiss there since replacing original battery with a Motobatt on purchasing the bike 11 months ago.
Took switchgear apart and gave it a good going over with contact cleaner, put back together and took for half hour ride. Switch much more positive in action now and settings only changed twice in that time.
