Yes, I've updated the firmware and the mapping. This does not effect the favorites or the dealer listing.

Go here:
http://www.sundaymorningrides.com/poi/dealers/

Click the Download POI Button above the check boxes
Go down to Victory
Click the Garmin Button
Save to your computer.

There are other steps to load the POI's using Garmin's software (Do a search on this forum for that)

When you hook up the the Nuvi to your computer does your computer recognize the device

Did your Garmin PC Software load the POI Loader with the Map Source Software? If not, you will have to go to the Garmin WEB Site and find a copy of POI Loader to load them to your device.

when i plug in the nuvi, it turns it on to the splash screen and thats all it does. I downloaded the poi map thing to the pc but cant put it on the nuvi

Forget it thanks for the help but ive got probably 10 hours in trying to get something to happen and its just not a go. Maybe im just an idiot, but i would be more of one to put any more time into it. If anyone lives in the Chicago area (north subs) and wants to help in person that would be great but im really done now lol stick a fork in me.
