The power outlet on my 2013 vision working Monday when I started out for a ride., I didn't have time to play around with it but I did take a look at it tonight and found the ground cable had fallen off the outlet. Where the outlet mounts is all plastic so I quickly realized there had to be a ground cable somewhere up there and sure enough there was. I had to remove the wedge and manned to get my hand up there and found it. I plugged it into the power outlet and all is working agian. I hope this helps anyone who has a problem with the power outlet in their glove box on their vision.

The power outlet has TWO connections, since it is mounted into a plastic body. One for +12 V and the other for - ground. He reconnected the - ground into the power outlet--NOT the +12 V connection.
