My problem is that when I'm riding at any speed and Ithrottle down there is a rubbing noise from under bike if i increase the speed slightly noise goes away.. I've gone as far as to shut motor off while coasting
And noise is still there ,also applying brakes front and rearbrakes noise is still there..this happens at any speed until bike is throttled up or just by coming to a stop...recently had both tires replace im not sure but I wonder if drive belt can cause this problem either to lose or to tight..

Any Help or perhaps someone has had this same problem..

I'd start with checking the sheet metal belt guard.

I have heard a faint wooo-wooo sound repeatedly if the drive belt was too tight. I have mine set a little looser than spec.

I don't get the faint wooo-wooo sound anymore while slowing down to idle; or speeding up.

Is that what you are actually hearing?

I agree. I had my belt perfect. I got a flat and went to a Honda dealer. Something didn't seem right on the way home. They tightened my belt like a guitar string.

You have 2 choices the way i see it: #1-Get a lift & a service manual, troubleshoot & adjust as necessary. #2 Go to dealer, bend over, grab your ankles, & repeat as necessary.

try this go for a ride when you get to 60 mph or above take your hands off the bars. If it pulls quick left or quick right your belt is out of alignment. With belt out of alignment break pads will not wear even.
It should slowly drift to right.

If it is aligned correctly, the belt will ride in the center of the rear pulley. Look and see if it is to one side or the other and rubbing the edge of the pulley or even the belt guard. Don't just go by the marks on the swing arm because I have found mine to be ever so slightly off. In fact on my bike the right side marks were just a lines thickness further to the back to get the belt to ride center of the pulley. Also leave it a hair to the slack side of what the book calls for and you won't have any problems. Also check to see that when they put your rear wheel back on that they put the right bushings in on the right sides. The bushing opposite the brake side is the longer one. If they swapped them, your disc will be rubbing the caliper.
