Cary, NC | I have documented at times the engine problems that I had with my new 2011 VV. That said, the other day I was at my dealer having a new front tire mounted. A guy came in with a windshield and said that he had brought it in to be mounted back on his Nomad when the engine work was done on it. We started talking and it turns out that his Nomad was my trade in for my VV. 49,991 miles on it when I traded it. He said the engine gave out at just over 60,000 miles while he was on the way back from Alaska. Seems like I would have had engine problems no matter which bike I was on. |
