| Try this
When you have done your post "click submit"
Now "click edit"
At bottom of post is "add attachment" click that
Now "click on your photo album"
look for what photo you want and "right click on it"
Now in upper left corner of your photo is resize "click on that"
Now reduce your photo to 20%
Now click red X in upper right corner "click save"
Now click "download"
you should be done now
