Has anyone purchased the Victory Dongles part#2878916 ($155x2) and dongle jumper part#2878917 ($70x2)
(*do you need two of these too?) and used them with the Sena bluetooth headset?
It seems not very many people have bought them yet and if they did....it has problems working correctly.
I would like to buy them, but don't want to have to return them...etc

I want the bluetooth adapter. However, I have been to 2 dealers to get info and nobody knows anything about it.

This sure would be the place to get VV enthusiasts/parts buyers informed, getting the low down and talking up new products. Too bad that doesn't seem to happen without Mama Vic's permission!

I talked to Arizona Victory to a guy named "Dan" He said he has installed 2 sets of the Dongles so far and they have not come back. He did say you only need one Dongle and one Jumper cable "but" you need to buy a third cable that runs towards the rear of the bike that is not listed in the catalog!! He is supposed to email me all the part numbers, but nothing so far. Those three components is all you need for the rider and passenger to listen and talk. That's good news that you don't have to buy two sets of everything.
Hopefully someone who installed them will speak up here on the forum. He also said it's a full proof no brainer install just clipping connectors together and they can be installed wrong.

I installed the Dongle and the sound quality is not good at all and when you switch back to the bike's speakers the sound still plays thru the sena headset you have to push the jog dial in for a few seconds to turn the audio off to the headset. Also you have to buy the audio harness that you would need if you were adding XM and or CB because that's what the dongle harness plugs into. You only need one of the jumper harnesses but 2 dongles. I'm very disappointed with the sound and price.

I heard the guys at Tri City Performance in Utah yesterday say that the original dongles didn't work as expected and that the mothership is recalling them and will release the updated version when it's completed...or something like that.
