Hey thats sure looks BIG! What kinda of price was it? It figures I had someone who has a waterjet and was going to make me one,but after almost two years of having the trunk with 1/8 holes in it,I found a used one and bought it. Oh well thats life. Thanks for posting those pictures Steve,Will good job !

Will did a wonderful job with the fit and finish, perfectly squared up and and angles and cuts correct. He mounted it with a slight angle to clear the Vision "hump" it works wonderful.......My really big Decker TourPak Supreme bag fits perfectly.................Oh yeah Total with shipping $770.00, it's worth every penny to me.............

I just brought theTriple chrome v wing rack also. I was very concerned that it look small from the pics. I have not had it installed yet. Cyclops could do a better job by clearly indicating the size and the types of bags which would work well with the product. I do not want to be overly critical though as they are excellent craftsmen and very responsive. I am nervous as it is a high end product but a necessary one in my opinion.

Hi Nate. If you do a search you'll find I do give the dimensions with an overlay of my racks superimposed on an OEM one. There are also a few places around with the L X W posted. I do all I can with the time I have and unfortunately I don't have the kind of time to source out the gazzillions bags out there and make a list of what will fit and what won't. Heck, it wouldn't leave you guys with anything to surf the net for while your bikes are laid up for the iwnter.
Besides, anyone needs to know such thing? I'm only a call, PM, or e-mail away.

And on to Steve... thanks for the support Steve and I'm very happy to hear it is all you were hoping for. Enjoy your trip and know I'm here when you need me.

btw Will i LOVE my black rack i got 2 days ago from you guys! just been to busy to post anything. I think the rack looks WAY BETTER in person that it does in photos. i was afraid how it would look on my trunk, but even my girlfriend says it actually looks GOOD ! also i wanted to add your instructions are better than victorys'.. i was having slight issues with getting my rack to line up with the drilled holes. then my girlfriend found your instructions on the floor and as soon as i read them everything was mounted in seconds..

Steve, you're not worried about the weight of that big bag on the trunk ? I'm not trying to be a smarta--, (unlike my last comment ), but there would be a fair bit of weight once that bag's full, wouldn't there ????

No, Will ( CycleOps ) used 1/2" diameter mounting legs and wider leg pads so no concern there, plus the bag I use is for clothing only, it'll never weigh more than 20 lbs. I've carried 35 lbs on my Harley's luggage rack and it or the top of either tour pack dosen't seem stronger or weaker than the other.............

varyder, yes I really like it, and I can say about Will at Cycleops, he can build you anything you want and it'll come out as nice or nicer than you designed it..........

Hey Steve, I am shocked that the Victory logo below the rack is still chrome, why is it not powder coated black? I think that part of the bike will still show up on radar unless you change it....

I know, and you're right, it came after the bike parts were done at the powder coating shop, it's one of those Victory parts with the lighted victory emblem, looks pretty good when lit though...............Tell you the truth though it's kinda cheap, chrome plated plastic, Oh well.........Radar can lock on but maybe not catch me since I have a 116 HP lloyds engine hahaha..............

One of my friends commenetd on the big bag on the big rack sticking up so far in the wind " It looks like a clipper ship with a 100 foot mast...... All I can do is laugh, especially when someone ask "Hey man you got any extra room in your tour pack ? " I say " Sorry man all filled up " Hahahaha.......

I don't see the big deal, I don't think you can over load it unless you put a sea chest full of gold up there....
