I've been having issues using the right click save as method. It pops up the window correctly but shows a file called "get-attachement" and labels it as an ASP file. This started a month or so ago. I have to resort to highlighting, copy and then pasting inot "paint" program. It's a pain in the ass. Jedi Jeff, any help here??

Yeah, not sure what changed. Will talk with Miles to see if he changed anything.

In the meantime, I've been able to download ATTACHED images by right-clicking on the filename. On a Mac, I choose "Download Linked File As.." and get a window with the proposed filename of 'get-attachment.asp' which I simply change to a name of my choosing like "poster.jpg". Note that I change the .extention to jpg. If that doesn't work, save it as the 'get-attachment.asp' and then go in and change the name of the file afterwards to something with a .jpg extension. That should work.

I know it's a PITA right now. Will try to figure our a better way when I get back from my holiday break.

I just right-click on the file, choose Save Image As and rename the file to something I understand.jpg. I'll look into why the download link isn't working as it should. It used to.
