I have a 2011 Silver and Black on its way to my Dealers I will be on the road before Oct I hope.
Donna the dogs and myself are all well just have fewer things to fuss over.
The Storm was in August here it is mid Sept and I have not gotten one penny from my Ins people .
They all tell me how bad they feel for my loss but no one is writing checks.
My Bikes are covered under their own policy Comprehensive covers flood if I had bought less expensive ins I would be out 30,000 dollars in bikes but because I had it I will get about half of that back.
We had Flood Ins on the house so at some point they will have to help me just has not happened yet.
Some great people from the Baptist church in my town really helped getting the trashed furniture out so that my floors could be removed for inspections.
They were also feeding and clothing victims .
It is not until you have nothing that you see who really is a friend |

We were in Oklahoma City on business for 3 weeks this spring during which time they had several tornadoes, so did some volunteer work. And during that trip took a 3 day weekend and went to Joplin to help out there too. Wife and I just rode through the communities, stopping to help move trees, clean out debris, recover personal effects, etc. Met a lot of folks, all with a story to tell, which I won't get into.
Point is there was a wide range of insurance support. Some had mobile facilities onsite the next day, checks within 3 days, put folks up a hotel free of charge until their homes were rebuilt, etc. Others, like you are experiencing, not a penny. Their eyes were haunted, dealing with the loss of Loved ones, of all their worldly possessions, living at the chuch/Red Cross center, with literally nothing but the clothes on their back. So sad sad sad...
