Vision has been "down" for a month doing alot of gloss black powdercoating to hard parts ie: wheels, lower legs, drive pulley, and foor board pans. Gloss black paint to the gray pieces and some chrome for the do dads like the shifter arm, brake arm and front brake calipers. Will post pictures when complete she should be looking good............

In the mean time I'm trying to enlarge my bike collection: I'm bidding on a 1985 Honda V65 Sabre for a run around town bike. If I can get it for a good price that will be fun.........

Oh and by the way, anyone around the Atlanta area: Performance Coatings in Jonesboro does an excellent job powdercoating and they are reasonably priced too...............

Allright chrome pieces are back also, should be riding it Monday, would be sooner but I'm going on a short trip to Ohio to pick up a 1985 Honda V65 Sabre for an around town bike. The Chrome looks great and should really stand out against the gloss black powdercoating and paint.......

Rode the Vision yesterday, it looks great all blacked out. Of course it's raining today, first day after it's back together. Will have pics soon.........

ScoreBo, I went to pick the V65 up but didn't, it seemed to have a cracked front head, ( rusty water leaking from around the front valve cover area ). It was in Grafton Ohio.

Exhaust pipes are CFR slip ons, they sound really good..............Not a power killer either, bike makes 115.5 HP and 117.2 ft lbs.

Bike is running good & looking good but waiting on one more thing. Will at Cycle Ops is making me a custom luggage rack to go on the tourpack. It is gonna be big enough to hold a decker tourpack supreme bag.

Original price $18,000, paint $1,200, powdercoating $400, Lloyds performance $1200, PC V $500, CFR pipes $800, so about $20,900. The custom luggage rack is gonna be around $700...............
