FINALLY!!!  I got my new Victory Vision Tour Premium yesterday.  I have been waiting four months for the state of Texas to complete their dealer licensing process so Stokers of Dallas could sell Victory’s again. I bought the first Vision that Strokers of Dallas got as a new Victory dealer.

WOW after only 150 miles it is everything and more than I thought it would be.  This bike is simply the best engineered touring bike on the market today. The more you ride it the more things you realize the design team thought about and got right. The comfort is just amazing. The aerodynamics and weather protection is the best of any bike on the market. The handling is in the class of a sport bike. The electronics are really nice, especially the iPod integration. The Vision is pure sex when lit up at night. The dash, side badges, headlights and rear tail lights are really cool and functional.

I have never owned anything that gets as much attention as this bike gets. People are speeding up or slowing down to be alongside you to get a better look at the bike (I know it isn’t me). You draw a crowd at every place you stop. At every stop light people are rolling down their windows and asking you questions and telling you how cool the bike is. It gets tiring after awhile.

With all the test rides, research and now riding my own Vision I could write a essay on all the great things about this bike but if you haven’t ridden this bike yet you have got to throw a leg over one and ride it and you will be hooked.

My CB and XM radio will be in this week as well as the foot pegs and saddle bag liners and cargo nets. I ordered the InvisiGard vinyl protection kit for the Vision and will have it installed this week. I also have the Zumo 550 bracket coming from Arizona Victory to mount my Zumo 550. The next thing to order is the Utopia backrest.

My goal is to put 20,000 miles on my Vision by the end of this calendar year.

Spock, Welcome! Live long and aspire! or is that perspire? Well, anyway, glad to hear you have and enjoy your new Vision. May you have many miles ahead. I'm planning on going to Rio Grande Valley later this year and ride across the plains of Texas to visited with my son, d-i-l and my grandson. So if you see a Midnight Cherry Tour screaming by it'll be me. Well, maybe, at the rate they're selling it may be anybody. Watch out for those ones from Tennessee.

High Five another round of liquid flavoring of your choice. Flying the Spock "V" for you. Maybe I throw in a "Capn' that's all she's got!" for you. Way to go, and "May the force be with you!" I know it's another movie, but its okay.

Congrats! Beer for our horses!! At least you were patient and looked forward to the arrival unlike the whinny, cryin 29 Palms Buknknd. Surprised he didn't repost all of his burpin comments on your behalf.

It is real satisfying when you can mount that baby and realize what others have posted is the "real deal" the one thing you mentioned I still am in awe of is that it handles like a sport bike!

BTW where is Carrollton, TX?

I used to live in Carrollton back in the late 80's when it was the far out suburbs of Dallas (very near the intersection of Josey Ln and Hebron Pkwy). Back then, I could just leave home and within 10 minutes be on some of the nicest rural roads for bike riding around the area. By now, I imagine its pretty developed out there and well beyond. Oops, I think I just "age qualified" myself a bit.

I live by Josey Ln and Keller Springs which is only 4 miles south of where you lived. Today you have to ride about 20 minutes to get to the nice country roads.

Well, I don't have mine and I'm not happy! I'd better be the 2nd buyer from Strokers. Oh, and I plan on riding circles around your 20K miles.

I got to ride my Vision some more this evening and this bike is off the charts. I can’t get over the level of comfort. The Vision is in a class all by its self. The handling is so incredible it makes you giddy. It is so intuitive and acts like it is on rails. I have never ridden a bike that is so sure footed. The suspension is the best I have experienced on a bike. The aerodynamics is amazing and the heated seats and hand grips made all the difference in the 50 degree weather we had tonight. The stereo and electronics keeps you rockin like I have never done on a bike before and the performance is solid and smooth.

Most of the time when you spend this amount of money on anything you get a little buyer remorse after you get home but not with this purchase. I feel more excited and confident with this purchase every mile I ride. I have never waited this long for anything in my life but man was it worth it. If you don’t have a Vision yet you need to do whatever you need to do (legal and moral of course) to get one. You couldn’t pull the Vision from my cold dead hands!

Still waiting for all my accessories but they should mostly be here over the next few days. I ordered the Utopia backrest today and I am really looking forward to getting it installed.

Isn't the birth of a new Vision rider an incredible thing? This ride truly is not a variation, but a revolution of motorcycling... VV

And the Vulcan hand formation with "Ride long and prosper" would be the our greeting. If you notice that Vulcan hand symbol forms a V inside a V with the fingers, perfect for us Victory Visionaires....

a simple inverted peace sign will do just fine. maybe with the "spock" handle, you could be cool, but the rest of us might as well get a "I'm a geek" sign put on the trunk. Just trying to keep it real. I mean, come on...

Me, Me, Me, Just the other day I wanted to apply the Vulcan neck grip to Rosypalmbeachrider, thankfully that has passed. What do you mean put a sign on it? I had my "I'm a geek" pinstriped on!!! Why you ask? BECAUSE, I'm too sexy for my shirt, Too sexy baby! Spock I'll fling you a flying V just because your into it. buckN8kd, I seen the reach so low to the ground inverted peace sign, just to be extremely cool that he wasn't waving. I almost flew him the flying V just BECAUSE.
