I hope so! I like the exclusivity and we are getting too many riders on them.

Why do you make this statement? Any information to back it up?

Or just a fleeting thought?

One of Chris's many early April thoughts, I think.
Although I agree - I wish all you Vision owners would junk your bikes to make mine more 'exclusive'. Those of you who continue to customize your VV's - love ya! The more you do - the more custom my stocker is....

what do "facts" mean? Some of the best seller have gotten cut short... And some of the worst lived on. But I will say it is not speculation... People do make decision in spite of facts...

Dropping the Vision in its infancy after so much $$ spent on development would indicate a failed product line. I don't know of anyone looking at this bike as a failure (even those that don't like it). I hope I see my grave before the Vision line does.

I still just can't believe it! Who's gonna work on mine? What will happen to all the aftermarket parts? Will I still be able to get tires?

yep, great bikes and I expect them to take the sales with maybe the Vision 8-Ball keeping the line around a little longer....

my initial post had nothing to do with April Fool's but I played with it some. I don't have any facts, but it is obvious too me. I don't want it to go or die or whatever, and I've always said that it would be okay, because I want the only Vision in the world. But the Vision is moving to the way of Rune.

Love, or Hate it... and there is not enough to Love it.

Did I read right? Victory took 6 years to complete the final version of the vision?

Vision sales are up 17%, and that is hardly the way of the Rune. We sold FIVE in march

That's what I'm talking about! Our local Vic dealer in San Antonio also sells Yamaha, a line of dirt bikes (I forget which), Victory, Big Dog and Can-Am (they Spyder).

Talking to a sales rep....they can't keep the Vic's on the floor and guess what? Not a Vision OR Cross roads/country in stock. They can't keep either 'on the shelf.'

I really do hope that continues, I absolutely love the Vision. Victory was smart in bringing out the Vision first rather than the Cross bikes. However, it will take pull now from the Vision that can hurt it. Bigger bags, less dollars, same platform, Harley looking.... I'm just talking, you guys are the experts.

oh!! the joys of scaremongering!!
I had a hammer for a loner, for a week or so,
It was nice but a jewelery bike, was so glad to get back on the VV,
a bike made to ride not to sit outside coffee shops
i got more "attention" on the vision so brand recognition the VV does more
