New to this forum which is obviously made up of really great people with incredible taste (especially in motorcycles). I have gotten a lot of really great info from your posts. My question... how many women ride Visions?

I ride but I'm not a lady. Are you the driver or the (ahem) hottie on the backseat? So very few of you show here, so we are always welcoming the estrogen laden drivers or passengers. Not sure why, because it goes against everything cavemanish. Oh, I remember now XES appeal.
Welcome and enjoy the frivolous pajama party!

My Fiancee' rides her own bike (A Suzuki Boulevard) and I keep telling her to try my Vision out because it handles much the same way and has a low center of gravity like the Boulevard. I think she wants me to ding it first before she gets on to ride so she would not feel bad if she tested the Anti-Tipping Feature

I am the (ahem) hottie on the front seat! I have a black tour comfort. Got a feeling that when I draw a crowd it's the bike, not the "hottie"... but that's okay -- HUGE bragging rights!

Well, I know Trixie has her own Vision and it seems to me there is at least one other femirider around here. Maybe the Pen half of kenandpen...?

And then, of course, there's BUCKNEKKID.

Oh, and welcome to the forum and your new ride, vitorylady!

well, if you must know, my bike and I have a love hate relationship and it seems to think it is the only one getting all the love from the twentysomethinghotties. It's an ongoing argument, I plan on winning, but somehow I keep getting older and it is the one getting washed and waxed by me. Hmmm, I wonder. Wow, you got the dude (or significant other type) on the back. LADY POWER! I try not to say that real loud, one it would feel awkward for me, second, it just ain't right. Did she just say "HUGE" Mines a black fast one tooooo.

Poot - Don't be flirting with the ladies on here please! All you do is embarrass the rest of us. In addition you seem to be trying to impress her and you have already done that with several of the "boys" and I doesn't work even work with them. You are designated ref for the Vary and Teach thread so get back over there and give a wave or two-

Welcome Lady Visioner! I'm sure you can bring some moderation to the site!

My wife rides a 06 Vulcan classic 900LT. She has been wanting a sport tour but because she is a tiny gal with short legs it has been almost impossiable to find bike she wants that will fit here without having to lower it and do this and that to it. Well when i went down to test ride the vision she sat on one and it fit here very well. She got that O MY GOD this big bike fits me look. I think the sales guy noticed it too. I even asked if they could do a two bike deal and he said no because ther selling without giving any discounts right now except the $1k for 08 models discount. So if I get mine first and she really likes it we will go down and buy here a own vision as well. She wants the street premuim version anyway. Cheaper thank god! So i'm sure more and more lady's will start to look and ride this bike when they notice they can fit on them.

Hi Fastfred,

First - hope your ride home after the rally was ok. Hard to believe that Sat. was such an incredible day and Sun. was so miserable.

Finally was able to get to the dealer this past Friday. Found 1 windshield that was, surprisingly, worse than mine, and 1 that was perfect. They changed it out right there and it was like riding an old friend. Amazing what a difference it made -- did 500 miles this weekend! Will be home from work in 2 hours and I feel an ice cream run coming on!

Went on a charity ride yesterday and even the cops that led the ride were huddled around the Vision. Damn, but don't we look good.

See you soon.

I have a riding friend who has a Vulcan classic 1500 and is "vertically challenged". She had her boots raised rather than her bike lowered! It is really easy to do (for a shoe repair). If she is interested, I can send you the link.

Hello and welcome, Victorylady, from another Vision pilot and bearer of estrogen!

I have a Vision Tour Premium... Yep, I remember when it was me  that drawing all of the attention, now it's just my bike.... (I guess that's what happens as I get older...) Oh well, I'll take that over the "Ain't that a big bike for a lit ol' gal?" I'll be glad when more women realize that these bikes are alot lighter and better balanced than they look!

See I told you they would start showing on this thread. Let the estrogen flow and turn the tube of testosterone back up, so we no longer get the drip.
Now, for the CamelinpinkJim, I would think you of all would not have much to say about embarrassment, has your wife let you have your twig and berries back after your last outing with the boys in 1943.
You know, I only sweet talk the VESPA Secretary, since he wears black, Hot, Ooohh LA La! Haven't seen you model anything lately, what's the holdup?
Good to see GAgirlTrixie, reply here, pinstripes and all. She is all pink and girly, but I think I saw her in a leather vest somewhere. Leather, women, beach, and bikes, takes me to a place.......................I love that place.

I don't remember seeing that vest! No pic of it that I can find. Speaking of, pink vest, I haven't seen one in my Victory Dealers inventory either. May have to go to one of those Adult playlands to find that. Then I'd be shopping for accessories, there goes the Vision Accessory fund. Oh such choices.

Love the picture. WOO HOO for us. This forum is absolutely the place to be. I have been trying to figure out how to get my flag on my V without having to buy the trunk rack. I have the same setup as you and was not sure if it would work. Now I know! Heading home after work to attach my flag and head out. Temps in the 60's here - trying to hang on to that as long as possible. I am envious of those that can ride all year. Move??? Hmmmmm...

Ilene,

That is the H-D sissy bar mounted flag pole. Watch where you mount it... the flag can flap against the trunk and scratch the ever so soft clear coat (ask me how I know.... )

Yep, we ride about 51.5 weeks a year here (there's always a couple of weird sub 20 degree nights that keep me off of the road. Can't justify heated gear for less than week...)

Yeah, us chicks on Visions! Enjoy!
I have pink chaps to go with my pink vest, too, pollo. I can loan them to you.....hehehe

Well, with the way things are going on here, we may have to circulate them, to knock some of the edge off around here. If they come with PMS installed, then, NO THANKS! Got enough problems.
I think I would look good in them though! PinkySandCamelJim - Oh, now there's a hottie who needs a set to run around in.

My husband and I have a 08 Vision Tour premium. During the week I ride it back and forth to work but on the weekends I like to just sit back and enjoy the view. I get alot of guys (riding Sportsters) taking second looks at a woman driving a tour bike. Makes me smile.

I'm here too! I live my Vision! The guys freak when they see a girl get off that big ole' bike. It's a beautiful thing....

Trixie, love the pin-striping. I am wanting to do something to make my bike "my own". I'll have to do some investigating and look into something like that. Also, where did you get the leg coverings? I've conceded that the engine is hot, but that doesn't mean I have to wait for my pants to catch fire. (behave, gentlemen...)

Ilene - keep riding and I'll see you out there....
