, FL United States | While we were at Universal Studios the last 5 days, my wife and I stopped in at the local Victory dealer in Kissimmee, and I picked up the highway pegs. I installed them yesterday and when I was finished it started to thunderstorm. This is a typical FL afternoon. Today my brother-n-law went riding down to my Myakka River State Park. It was a good ride, hot, but good. The highway peg performed like they should. For me it was enough of a stretch that I could ride in comfort and the breeze blowing up my pants legs was a +. While I think it could have stretched a little more forward and not so high this is a good fix for FL summertime riding.

Savannah, GA -Year round riding!! Yay! | Don't ya love them? I put mine on a couple of weeks ago. Did my first real trip with them this week (VA and back- 879 miles round trip). It was great having a couple of options to put your feet. I was looking at the pegs. I wonder if the Kuryaken ISO Wings would fit on them, for a little bit more heel room. Has anyone tried switching them out yet?

| I put some on but still not used to them yet, My feet must be too wide, my boot gets caught on the cap screw and on the shifter. I have to find some button head cap screws to see if that helps any and if not they will be coming off and on to Ebay |

Opelika, AL | I think I'm going to get some extenders from Kuryakyn for mine... I need a little more stretch... they make 2 and 4 inch extenders and I haven't quite made up my mind which ones to get.. |

LaPorte,Tx. | These are great, put on a set a couple of weeks ago. The extra breeze on is nice. In my opinion, the bolt head is catching my boot, so I'm going to look for a different bolt. Also, and this is just my opinion, there is a little more vibration in the floor boards with these on, in the 2500-3000 rpm range, but it is not an issue. |

I noticed that problem this evening.
Slows you down when needing to make quick shift.

Adamsville, Tn | I mounted my pegs to the threaded hole in the back of the front tip over points. The factory brackets were too far back for me. I twisted some 1/4 inch flat stock, drilled some holes, and now the pegs are at the front of the floor boards. Anyone want to buy the highway peg brackets I got from victory? |

Could you please post a pic so I can get a better visual of what you did? I was apprehensive about the Victory highway peg set, as I had ridden a demo bike with them on it. The bolt really caught the edge of my shoe, and wondered if it would be a safety issue. I would have liked the pegs a little further forward, so it sounds like your solution may be the hot ticket for me. How much for serial #2 of "I twisted some 1/4 inch flat stock, drilled some holes, and now the pegs are at the front of the floor boards"??? I would be interested in those if you have the time and are willing to bend up a duplicate set like yours!

| Stretch, Your fab and install looks great. No lip to catch your boot on. Have you scrapped your highway pegs yet? I have scrapped my left one twice already, but haven't scrapped the floorboards yet. Tim |

, FL United States | stretch, I like that. It looks clean. One of the problems I have is that it raises my leags up, I was expecting mu stretched out like your would be. I also have a problem with the bolt catching my boots. |
