Knowing what I know about IBA folks and long-distance riders in general, the majority of trips center around fun roads and... YEP, you guess right, FOOD!! There is "always" a discussion during breakfast in regard to where you will ride out to for lunch. As the coronaries are hardening during lunch you talk about where you will ride out for dinner and routes are planned accordingly. You all know what I'm talking about and don't pretend you don't know as you are reaching over for another napkin to wipe your face at your favorite bbq joint etc. I thought it would be fun to get a list going so if/when I come to your neck of the woods during my travels I know where to go. These are all reasonably priced establishments and no frills, which is how my buddies and I like it. If you like "Grey Pupon" with your meal you will not find it at these establishments. Or would you all like another motorcycle oil post instead? Hahaha. With regard to AZ, here it goes:

Breakfast: Flagstaff: Mike and Rhondas (Hungry Man Special. Good luck with this one you're gonna need it)
Breakfast: Phoenix: Crazy Ottos (Hobo Eggs. Good luck eating this one. World record holder for biggest omelette)
Breakfast: Yarnell: Ranch House Restaurant (Southwest omelette enchilada style)
Breakfast: Tucson: Ghinis Cafe (Homemade corn beef hash and eggs)
Lunch: Flagstaff: Brews and Cues/Part of Beaver Street Brewery. (Meatloaf sandwich and great beer!)
Lunch: Phoenix: Carlos O"Briens (Great Mexican Food!)
Lunch: Tucson: Beyond Bread (Great Sandwiches)

*I usually drink my dinner with some tasty suds, but here it goes, hahaha.
Dinner: Flagstaff: Grannys Closet (Good overall yum yum.)
Dinner: Phoenix: Gordon Biersh (Fresh Crab and artichoke dip and good seafood/steak/garlic fries) 2.50 imperial pints on Tuesdays all day.
Dinner: Tucson: Thunder Canyon Brewery: (Wings, and beer. Need I say more?)

*I was just looking these over and realized it's time for another cholesterol check. OUCH! Peace.

I love the (Ride, Eat, Repeat,) concept. I think we all do, and this is a post that hasn't been covered. thanks for sharing.

Which by the way has some of the finest riding anywhere and food is relatively inexpensive here even for dinner. I'll add to this as I find new ones:

Breakfast: Fayze's in downtown La Crosse - everything is good - http://www.fayzes.com/
Lunch: Hideaway brew pub and restaurant in Chaseburg, WI - http://hideawaypubandgrill.com/
Lunch: Great River Roadhouse - View the Mighty Mississippi as you eat - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Great-River-Roadhouse/121814127836066

Eau Claire WI area:

Lunch: Milwaukee Burger Company between Eau Claire and Altoona - Some of the best burgers I've ever had - http://milwaukeeburgercompany.com/

I did a search before posting to make sure this was not in fact done before. Cheers, Vlad.

One can never go wrong with a burger and fries. A combo that is virtually impossible to screw up, but I have seen it done a time or two. Are those paper plates? Hahaha. As down home as it gets.

Here in Central Illinois, I really like Dos Reales in Champaign as a good Mexican style restaurant for lunch or supper.

I was called a chili burger but there was no burger it was just chili on a bun.
