Georgia, west of Atlanta | So we all know Polaris is NOT gonna do a recall for the fender problems that have been all over the site: They are replacing the rear section of the front fender on a case by case basis from what I've read. A sure fix if you're going on a 5000 mile trip and don't want to worry: Kewelmetal offers a steel one piece fender for $434.00 and for $90.00 extra in aluminum. A little pricey, maybe, but people spend more on stereo upgrades than that AND wheels retail for $1,500.00 apiece or more. I also read that Witchdoctors is working on a steel fender replacement too.
This is a picture of the Kewelmetal fender: As soon as Witchdoctors has a product I'll post a picture of it too. Unless someone else beats me to it. The fender can be drilled for the stock wheel height or for 21" front wheels.

Georgia, west of Atlanta | This is what should come on the bike stock..........But as we know it does not, I'm only presenting this as one possible avenue for replacement and safety. Have fun, but ride safe too...........

Georgia, west of Atlanta | I may get a kewelmetal fender and have a fabricator friend of mine brace and extend it similar to an Aerofender like landspeed bikes use.
