I have 2013 ness vision. My question is are the wheels clearcoated? Just don't want to use the wrong cleaner. Recommendations?

Try cleaning a small spot with some good polish like Flitz, it won't hurt a clear coat finish if that's what's there. If the polish cloth turns black you've got raw billet aluminum.

Will never get billet wheels again. Had some Ness Sweeper wheels on my Vegas and now Evil 7's on my Vision. You have to polish and apply a protectant every six months to keep them looking good. Forget the rear wheel on the Vision. I can't even wash it without getting horizontal other than laying the bike over. Only polish the rear when it comes off the bike for a tire. Complete PIA!

Yup, powder coat or chrome is less of a hassle but I have ness Evil7s that were chromed and the chrome started to bubble, same with a buddy of mines Battistini? wheels... maybe it's a Ness thing...
