well the mrs. and I took a ride to myrtle beach today nice weather but very lame start of bike week there. we are going back next weekend maybe it will be more exciting. (OK so as we were pulling out of the vender area sitting at the light in front of us was a guy and his gal on the other brand (HD) and there he is puking his guts out on the road at the light.) what do you say to him at the next light as the vision pulls next to him? yeah thats what that brand does to me also. oh boy if looks could kill.

I use to take I-95 to 701 then 9 to N. Myrtle all the time and would stop in your town for lunch at the little dinner at 701 and Broad St. Been a few years since and I enjoyed going through all the small towns and limited traffic on 701.

Dan, that is funny. How lame is lame? I was thinking of heading down there for a few days, but don't want to waste the time if it is bad.

It doesn't get cranked up until the middle of next week. I'm coming down next Wed.<br />

I am going to leave on Thursday and come back on Sunday. I don't plan on going to any events but I will be at a restaurant called Mr. Fish on a regular basis...

Dick's is a fun place with good food. The bikini contest always gets things fired up. Short walk from the NMB Motel 8.
Have fun.

Well I got back yesterday from Myrtle Beach and there were a lot of bikes there but it was not as packed as it has been in the past. I never saw another Vision nor did I even see another Victory. Weather was perfect with only one 10 minute shower on Friday but yesterday coming home the temp on the bike read 104 when we came through Columbia and it hovered around 98 out in the countryside...it is a good thing that I am in shape...
