I know this article has little to do with Victory much less a Vision but it was heart warming none the less....I have to wonder how many others are like Doris and if there wasn't a crusade here to follow up on that a group could get behind in an effort to spread some good cheer or a memory of better days gone bye.

Just thinking out loud...

Hope I'm that enthusiastic when I'm 80.

Obviously the experiences she shared with her husband have left a positive feeling that can't be taken away. I'll bet they had some stories to tell....motorcycling across the continent "back in the day."

Neat story. Thanks. I hope she has a beautiful Spring day to enjoy her ride.

Old 'female' truckers like to ride one more time too.

Not motorcycle related but I grew to love that old woman who became a good friend after her ride.

She's gone home to her maker now.
But I still love telling people about her and her passions. Folks in her retirement home called her 'The Trucker Lady'! She lived trucks and read truck relate magazines until the day she passed.

Truck in the pictures was the one I drove at my old company.
Got that one pictured in the centerfold of a national trucker trade magazine about 3 years ago.

Life is about passion, otherwise you're sitting on the side lines...
