Hi guys, Just got a 2009 vision and have put 1000 miles on so far. Was wondering what all i need besides a lloyds air intake, Lloyds cams, to beef up the performance? It has lots of power but alas, I am a throttle junkie! Also how much $$$$ are we talking? Can my local dealer do the work. Any info will be appreciated.

What I do know about the '09's so far is that there is not a cam from Lloyds available. You might drop KevinX a PM and ask teh time frame of when they think this might be available...but for the time being, I have at least one person on the forum (Squeek) who can't do anything for cams with his '09. Not sure about the rest. Hopefully I am wrong...but this information is only a couple of weeks old direct from KevinX.

The cams can be installed in the 09, but it requires the cam carriers to be replaced. It pretty much doubles the price, and time needed for the install. The time issue makes it so I can not do them on the road

semperfi,

I guess you could go to GA and Kevin would put you on the schedule. As you can read from the thread above, he really knows these engines from top to bottom.

Elroy J,

I'm in Arvada and I think you're putting together a cam install party with Kevin. Would you keep my email handy and let me know when things are coming together. I'd like to join in. I wish it was before Sturgis, but I still want in. tr333@msn.com. thanks! Terry
