62 days, 18 states and 9,190 + miles later, I have finally returned home. What a wonderful and fun trip I had that started with the AVR.

If you have never done anything like this, you should when you get the opportunity.

I will omit that I am am tired and glad to be home, but the Vision was magnificent. The only way to go. The sights were wonderful and the people that I met, fantastic.

My only complaint is the belt chatter that I had to endure for the last 8000 miles. It started right after the AVR with 10,000 miles on the bike. I now have close to 20,000.

My web site has been updated with the last of the pictures.

Enjoy!!!!

VB I want to be like you when I grow up. I'm planning a trip hopefully to Texas at the end of the month, 3k round trip, but that is just a, well, third of what you did. Look forward to the report, pics and all the other good stuff. Glad you made it back safely.

As soon as I figure out how to NOT have to work for a living, I am out the door and on the road! Until then, I will just have to settle for reading about trips like this one. Sounds great! Welcome home VB.

I am so jealous. One of my dreams has been to take a nice, long three month tour of the four corners of the good ol' US of A. I look forward to the pics, Bob. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations. I bet you are tired! You will now possibly suffer from Post Traumatic Motorcycle Trip Syndrome. Symtoms are agitation, restlessness and the need to keep on riding. If you need therapy, it's in your garage.
