just got back from a trip to omaha ne from phoenix on my new vision. have to say it is a great bike on the road. did the trip up to omaha in 24 hrs(for an iron butt ride) and then the ride home was so good and the bike was so nice i just decided to ride straight through to phoenix. with the price of gas i may not be taking an more long trips for a while but it is nice to know how well the bike works on the open road.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of mileage did your bike get, and do you have any upgrades installed ?

Steve.

I just took an 800 mile trip down the eastern coast... Completely stock bike running 93 octane with a stong magnet on the fuel line. Avg MPG per the bike during the trip was 43.8 mpg. Mostly back roads fully loaded with gear and luggage, two up. What a great bike. Stuffing the bags took time. We were able to fit all of our gear for a three day trip.

http://www.turbomagfuelsaver.com/ I have 5 of these on my H2 also. It does work. I was only getting 12.3mpg. Since installing these MPG is now up to 13.8mpg.

my mileage was around 44mpg unless i was facing headwinds then t was down to around 38 or 39. with a 6 gallon tank 200 miles between fillups was easy even in headwinds.
