my 2015 vision will not work after brake light modulator and brake light wire update to have all four brake lights turn on when turn signal is on.

The Brake Modulator causes a break in the circuit. The cruise control is always looking for -12V in order for it to stay on. If it gets +12V (brakes applied) or 0V (break in circuit) it turns off.
What I did, was to wire up a small resistor with heat sink from before the brake modulator to ground. This will complete the circuit. It will also let you change to LED bulbs as well if you want. If you don't think you'll ever do that, then you can just run the resistor from one side of the modulator to the other.
A 100 ohms resistor will work fine, the higher the number, the less power it draws and won't heat up as much. There will only be power running through it when the brakes are applied. Just keep the heat sink positioned somewhere that a little heat won't hurt anything.

My mistake, you need to run the resistor to ground, not to the other side of the modulator. The modulator may not work correctly otherwise.
