| The pipe looks like it has a lot of corrosion and odd discoloration. It sure does look like it split on the weld seam though. You should be ok having it welded. Sure seems like a lot of rust though. |

It welded good, but as far as the rust, with 60,000 miles on it I would expect that. |

| Victory has some cheap metal exhaust. I was thinking that the ECM is programed for that cat to be there so if you cut it out I would think the bike would not run good. |

Tucson, AZ | Just had the same crack on my head pipe, just 3 inches lower. Going to try a quick fix with Versachem product so I can ride to Colorado this weekend, then have it welded up when I get back.
