Shane, I wish I took picture when I took my off but it is relatively simple.

1) Keep the handle bars straight.
2) Pop open the gas tank cover and the "glove" box cover.
3) Carefully remove the bezels to the gauges.
4) Remove the center cover forward of the seat.
5) There should be silver allen head screws, toward the rear and the front, remove those.
6) There are also the smaller ones that the wrench that comes with the bike will remove, there is either one or two. All screws are obvious and you can see where they hold down the flanges.
7) Don't be quick in removing, just pull back enough to undo the radio wires.
8) Pay attention to how the wires are to the forward switches for the lights, it'll make it easier when you put it back on to what goes where.

That should be it, very simple. If you have specific question just holler.
