Sullivan, IN United States | I purchased one of these thru ebay and when I went to remove the tape from the tape, I could not get it to stick on my fender. I uses the alcohol prep wipe and a cleaner. Any suggestions? |

| is there a film over the tape.
if not go get some 3M double side tape. Look at when tape was made cause with age it will dry out
