Changed mufflers on my Vision monday. Now I have a leak where the rear header crossover pipe connects to to the front header pipe. I loosened it up per the service manual when taking off mufflers. I have tightened the heck out of it and it will not seal. Any ideas ? Am I going to have to take the muflers back off and readjust it to get it to quit leaking ?

This is what I used when I installed my Vision's S1L2 slip ons. Just run a bead around the pipe during assembly and it help everything slid together and then seal when cured.

If it does not seal and the clap is as tight as you can get it.

Pull it a part and with a hacksaw put some crosshatch cuts in pipe put back togethere and re tighten you should be good
