Hey, I always thought the saddle bag area would be a good canvas for signs or messages, looks like some Angel took advantage of it......

If I'm counting right, about 7 to 8 Angels now ride the Vision, including Sonny. There are pictures popping up on the net...

Yeah, I want to do some scenary on my bags, maybe a military theme...

How times are changing. Used to be a given, to be a member, you MUST own and ride a HD

I doubt it, they wouldn't want to emulate a rival club.

okie vision------ Of the by-laws that I know about it is stated thet you have to ride an American made bike. For so long there was nothing mass produced other HD. That is why HD is the company that it is today.

While I don't want to say I admire or look up to 1%ers or their lifestyle, learning that Sonny Barger was on a Vision and declared it the best bike he ever road was the tipping point for my buying a Vision. The man knows motorcycles and rides more in one year than most will ride in a lifetime so his was a ringing endorsement.
I'm also looking forward to reading his new book about safe riding techniques, over 1 million miles with only one accident tells me that I need to heed his advice when on the road.

They all emulated each other when they rode Harley's so what is the difference. Today about the only thing different between them is the patches on their jackets. Victory gives them an option.

"I'm also looking forward to reading his new book about safe riding techniques, over 1 million miles with only one accident tells me that I need to heed his advice when on the road." Now that I would like to see. When I was interviewed for a 1% club (we won't get into it) they were more concerned if I would go to bars and take a bullet for my "brother" than riding down the road. I ain't buying a million miles nor the one accident when you ride in large groups drunk doped up groups it ain't going to happen. Now if it said only 1 he remembers.....

whether or not, he's got a lot to share, putting on an average of 100,000 or more a year when he wasn't serving time and he's still a live says a lot. While folks might not revere the lifestyle or that they wish they were a part of it, the center attraction is the passion to ride. I listen to anyone who is more than a casual rider, anyone else is one that heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend....

They didn't emulate each other back when the clubs were first getting started.
There wasn't any other big bike out there other than HD.
Today, so much of it is "the look".
I wonder what Bandido, Mongol or other rival club member is going to ride the bike that Sonny rides?

Just my .02
