Newton, MA United States | I bought this from MOMS brand new.....had S1L2 (I believe) installed along with airfilter and flash and it sounded and ran great. Last year when it got really hot out (near the end of the summer), the engine would backfire and cut out on me. I thought it was bad gas and hot tempertures. It started again this year. I live in Mass so the temps are still kind of low (70's). The other night driving home from work, I had to pull over 3 or 4 times so the guy behind me wouldn't slam into me. It would backfire and then die....however it would start right up again. I though it was old winter gas but I ran it low and refilled it with the good stuff and is still cuts out. Runs great when it runs. I thought maybe it was power related but when it cuts out, all my electronics still work. May be my excuse to get new cams : )
Any feedback would be great. I wonder if I need to get this flashed again!
