It's Christmas eve, saturday, sunny and 76 degrees, my VV is filthy. The question is, do I ride or wash?

Ride then wash it when you get back. If you have kids have them do it as a Christmas present. If not, wash it anyway.

You could ride it here to Mt. Vernon, WA and park it in my driveway, sprinkle some car wash soap on it and let the rain do the work for you! 52f 500 ft ceilings and cool rain /drizzle-OH, and now the JEEP tells me it needs a battery

Ride! Washing is something you do when you can't ride. Besides, dirt can only get so thick then it falls off on it's own.

Calgary, AB,

also stuck in snow (& ice) so even though it's warm enough today to RIDE, I can't get out of my neighbourhood due to icy, ruts.  I'd vote RIDE , worry about wash when you can't ride.

Just read the owners manual; it said: "Always wash your Vision before riding." I'm guessing they say that because you never know when a little one(future biker) may be watching-we are charged with teaching the future generation proper etiquette. This is serious work we do.....

Wash it. If you have to ask you must be a Harley rider who can't move on. You're not safe on the road thinking about polishing.

My dealer told me that they wouldn't know what to think if I ever showed up with my bike clean. Usually when I get to them it's pretty filthy. LOL

My dealer always referred to me as the one with the dirty Vision. When there was the demo dealer days, the pure Polaris polish guys used my Vision as a demo bike.
