Southeast Iowa | I think I have the record for the lowest miles. I just checked and I have a total of 206 miles. Been out 4 times since I got the bike in early December. 1st time when I got it home I rode about 20 miles in the dark (20 deg temps), 2nd time about 50 miles when I activated the XM radio (upper 30's) One nice Sunday over 100 miles (upper 40's) two weeks ago about 30 miles (upper 30's) before rain shut me down. Looks like it will be in the 40's here today and most of the ice is off my driveway. With any luck I'll get to putt around the major highways and score another 75-100 miles. Still a lot of sand and salt on the roads which makes the ride more interesting. If winter dosn't cooperate soon I'll have to load her up and head south! |
