Hi guys well it's been a long time since I did a post. I thought I'd share my new 2012 Ness Vision with you.
I just arrived back from a great trip into Utah with some friends on our bikes. I was on my 2008 Black Vision with about 30,000 miles. I said to my wife that I was thinking about trading in on the new Ness, she said it sounded like a good idea to her. When we got home I tried to find one and had no luck, all were sold. I decided to call the man himself, Arlen Ness in Dublin Ca. Wound up talking with Kevin King, Arlens General Manager. He said he could hook me up with one coming in shortly, I took it. What a beautiful bike the finish is incredable. However I needed to make some changes to suit my style of riding. I had Kevin order a heated seat, heated grips, taller windscreen and finally a CB/Intercom. It actually didn't change the looks much at all, but it certainly will be more comfortable on long rides. Some things I've found out that wern't mentioned anywhere that I saw was the bike sits at least 1 inch lower due to a suspention mod, front and rear. however the bike has the same amount of travel front and rear, cool. Also the wheels are chrome. I was sure tired of polishing the mags on my 2008. And as a final comment the service and courtesy shone me was off the chart. I even got to spend some time with Arlen which made the 950 mile round trip to get this bike well worth it. Well thats about it, gotta go ride now.

Thanks for asking for a photo. I'll see if I can figure this out. If I do it right you should see my 2008 and then my 2012 Ness.

Thanks for the request of a photo. The first one should be my beautiful 2008 Vision (which I traded in) and then the new baby with myself and Arlen.

OK I think I've got this figured out. My 2008 and my 2012 Ness.

Very nice! Really like the flames. I recently got a 2011 Ness Vision (#26) and did the same thing as you except no CB/Intercom. Before I left the dealership, I had them take the pretty knurled grips off and put on heated ones. Had them put the medium height windshield on for better protection for me and my SO. I love these bikes. I can be riding with several friends on Harleys and my bike gets all the attention when we stop. I did the stage 1 level 1, PCV with a tune and it gave the bike a bit more fun factor as well.

Yes I did see them. The one one the left is Arlens personal bike and the one on the right is mine (before the added extras were put on). This picture was taken for Bagger Magazine as they are doing an article on the 2012 Ness Vision.

Great looking bike.
I recently bought my 2008 Vision from Arlen and Kevin in Dublin. Super guys. Outstanding service. They are worth riding cross country to deal with.
