Hey, is there an easy way to remove the vision trip to pain? It seems there's some hidden screws in the fairings.

Huh?? Did you meant to say "the Vision TRIM to PAINT?"

If so, what pieces exactly are you looking to remove? depending on what you want to remove there are hidden fasteners all over that bike. Let us know what you are wanting to remove.

Look under Vision tech reference. There is a link to the manual, and in that, is how to remove all the panels. And if you can't find it there. Contact me and with the panels you want to remove and I will go over it with you. Just don't force anything. Dain

Yes, best bet is to use service manual! Mine is striped and getting my parts back tomorrow from painter. Also my winter project. be careful some parts are very, very delicate ands if you snap off you will need some J&B weld for plastics. I know cause some were snapped from when they built it....

I got mine apart prior to getting the manual. Took alot longer than I expected, about 6 hours. The grab handles gave me the biggest fit. It can be done, just be patient and don't force anything that doesn't come off easy.

Yes your correct. Sorry, was typing with the Iphone, and the question didn't come across well. I need to remove all the gray panels, from the inner panel to the grab handle. do you have any links or diagrams to help in this area? Are there any secrets to taking the gray pieces off? You can email me at bennieclaiborne@yahoo.com. Thank you in advance for your help.

The manual was VERY valuable when I did mine! It went together a lot faster than it came apart.

bensyl,

As you can tell....the members here are a little different. I have been on forums that had spelling and grammar police and no one will help you at all.

On Vision-Riders.com we will correct errors while reading or translate and reply on topic!

Take care and post pics when the paint is done!!
