After several attempts at the local Victory dealer to have my CB issues addressed, as well as trying to get the left dimpled bag cover replaced, I moved up the road about 100 miles. These guys are the best. They listen. Now granted I had to educate them about the hardware version on the CB, but they were quick to contact Victory and get it all figured out.
I went last Thursday and arrived as they opened at 9, without an appointment. They installed the new CB unit and saddlebag cover as well as corrected a problem with the throttle grip sticking when I had the heat on high. I was on the road again in 2 hours and the CB volume is now set at 8 and it's too loud sometimes.
