Goldsboro, NC | #1 is very cool, but I think that the complicated profile will a) be a chrome-plated beee-yatch to sew on, b) have less durability because it has more corners to catch on stuff and c) kinda disappear. By that last, I mean that broken outlines are like camoflage. A regular geometric shape automatically registerd in the mind's eye.
#3 is therefore my choice.... small size, as I am not the "big ginormous patch on my back" flashy type. My flash is in my bike, thanks.
